Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Season Style Club collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to everyone who uses the website or mobile app.

1. What we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, region), transaction records for your bookings, device information such as IP address and browser, and photos you upload to listings or disputes.

2. How we use it

To run bookings and payouts, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, send transactional notifications, and — only with your opt-in — marketing updates.

3. Sharing

We share data with Stripe for payments, Clerk for authentication, and Cloudflare for hosting and image delivery. We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to seven years after closure for tax and dispute obligations. Dispute evidence is kept for the lifetime of the case plus two years.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@season.style.
