Season Style Club — User Agreement

This agreement governs your use of Season Style Club. By creating an account you agree to the terms below.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and have an Australian delivery address to book an outfit. Wearers may sign up from anywhere in the world; curators and listings are Australia-only at launch.

2. Account conduct

One account per person. Off-platform solicitation of curators or wearers is prohibited.

3. Liability

You accept responsibility for any outfit in your possession from dispatch until it is confirmed returned. Loss, theft, or damage beyond reasonable wear will be assessed against the item value on file.

4. Disputes

All disputes are reviewed and decided by the Season team. Season may use Stripe for payment processing, but Season makes the final call on outcomes.

Usage Policies

These policies apply to a single booking and are accepted by the wearer at checkout.

1. Booking detail

You are wearing the outfit listed at checkout for the dates shown. The booking is outfit-level; individual items cannot be substituted.

2. Care

Return the outfit in the condition received. Professional cleaning is arranged by Season unless the curator has opted out.

3. Liability

Loss, theft, or damage beyond reasonable wear will be assessed against the item value on file. Liability is capped at A$400 for Standard-tier outfits and A$800 for Premium-tier outfits.

4. Late return

A late fee of A$20 applies if the outfit is returned past the agreed date. Season may apply additional charges at its discretion for extended delays.

5. Fit

It is the wearer’s responsibility to check sizing before booking. Fit issues are not a valid reason for a dispute or refund.
